Bodypainting

Paint becomes skin, skin becomes canvas. Bodypainting is, to me, the most immediate expression of what art can do: painting stories directly onto the body. Sensual, powerful, sometimes vulnerable.

In my studio in Winsen (Luhe) or at your place within the Lüneburg and Hamburg area. Solo, as a couple or during pregnancy. I paint you by feel, however suits you.

This gallery contains artistic nude and boudoir imagery (incl. bodypainting, pregnancy). The images are intended for adults only and are loaded only after you confirm.

By confirming you declare that you are of legal age. Your choice is stored locally in your browser for 30 days. This page is labelled for the German parental control software JusProg.

How your bodypainting works

From first idea to gallery.

  1. 01

    Inquiry & prep talk

    You drop me a line about what you have in mind: solo, couple or pregnancy. Over WhatsApp or email we then calmly clarify what matters to you.

  2. 02

    Motif & colour theme

    Together we design: motif, colour palette (warm, cool, black-gold, candy …) and mood. You get an inspiration board and a binding offer. Or you leave the colour concept entirely to me, often I decide it spontaneously on the shoot day.

  3. 03

    Painting & shoot

    In the Winsen (Luhe) studio, half a day. I paint and photograph you alternately for 3 to 6 hours depending on the package, with your music and plenty of breaks. Drinks and snacks for energy are provided.

  4. 04

    Selection & delivery

    A few days later you receive an online gallery to choose the final images from your shoot. I edit these to a high-end finish and deliver them in the highest resolution via download link.

FAQ

Frequently asked.

How long does a bodypainting shoot take?

Plan for half a day, 3 to 6 hours depending on the package (Package 1 and 2: 3 to 4 hours, Package 3: 4 to 6 hours). The first coat takes about 30 minutes, then the first photos happen. After that I keep painting and photographing. We take our time, no rush. Layer by layer, more and more artworks appear on your skin.

Do I have to be fully nude?

No. You can keep underwear on. I recommend seamless, single-colour, ideally skin-toned underwear. The paint is applied over large areas and you quickly stop feeling nude.

Who is present during the shoot?

Just you and me. You are welcome to bring a trusted friend, that is absolutely fine. For couples you are both there of course.

What paint do you use? Does it come off?

I work with professional, skin-friendly water-based paint, the same kind used for small children, in theatre and film. After the shoot it washes off fully in the shower.

What do I get in the end?

An online gallery with all images pre-sorted for selection. The images you choose come edited and in full resolution, digitally via download link. On request I am happy to advise on prints or take that over for a corresponding fee.

Where does the shoot take place?

In my studio in Winsen (Luhe), Rathausstraße 60, right on the A39: about 25 min from Lüneburg and about 25 to 35 min from southern Hamburg. Outdoor bodypainting is possible in summer, we discuss that individually.

What does a bodypainting shoot cost?

You will find the prices described in detail in the shoot packages. They refer to the package, not per person.
